Cycling Espresso Zwift (Training) – 27

Like our offline rides you can join all Cycling Espresso Zwift Club and/or Training Rides for free. You can chose if you only want to join our Club Ride with or join our Club Ride incl. the Training Ride or just do the Training Ride on your own. There are four simple steps to get geared up for the Rides.
1. Sign up
RSVP for this event before 19.00 on Wednesday eventing, so we can invite you. And to get your future badges!
2. Join us on Zwift
3. Add us on Trainingpeaks
Join the Cycling Espresso meetup (through invite only!) to do our Club Ride. Want to do the training too, then add the TP workout to the Ride. Or just do the workout on your own on Wednesday at a time that suits you best.
5. Club House [optional]
For a chat and video call you can join us during every Club Ride in our digital Club House.
About the Club Rides
Our Sunday Zwift rides will all follow the following principals.
- Start: 10.10 [AMS Time]
- Course: changes every week (hilly or flat)
- Ride time: 60 minutes
- Pace: Up to you
- Policy: no drop, Zwift will keep us together

All Cycling Espresso workouts are offered to you by our partner TriathlonSportCoach. With over 15 years of experience in cycling, running and triathlon plans a once a week workout is planned for you.
As we are riding indoor the circumstances are different so here is some quick advice.
- Drink enough because you will sweat more than when you ride outside
