Cycling Espresso is referred to as “us”, “our” or “we” in this privacy policy.

We comply with local laws and do not allow children under the legal age limit of the country in which they reside to register on our Site or participate in our Events. We will ask for permission from the parents / legal representatives when children participate in the Triathlon Sports Shop Experiences and Events.

If you give permission, we will send you marketing messages and news about the products, services and other promotions of Cycling Espresso. After you have granted permission, you can unsubscribe at any time.

If you are an existing Cycling Espresso customer (for example, if you have placed an order with us), we may use, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the contact details provided by you to send you marketing messages about similar Cycling Espresso products or services ( unless you have unsubscribed). As mentioned above, Cycling Espresso collects data about your fitness activity or your physical properties, collectively “Workout Data” to provide our Events and other services. Given the personal nature of this data, we strive to inform you clearly about how the Workout data will be used. Since this data may be considered sensitive data in certain jurisdictions, we take appropriate measures to use and protect this data and, where required by applicable law or Cycling Espresso internal policies, we will seek your consent to use of your Workout data.

We may also use your personal data in other ways and in that case we will specifically inform you of this at the time of the data collection and, if necessary, request your permission.

In order to process your personal data, we rely on certain legal bases, depending on how you interact with our Site or take part in our Events.

If you purchase Cycling Espresso products through our Site or Events, we need your personal data to implement our agreement with you.
