Just follow the 4 steps below! \n\nSign up (RSVP) for this event before 10.00 on Sunsday morning\, so we can invite you.\nFind & follow Cycling Espresso in the Zwift compagnion app (iOS / Android) hrough “Find Zwifters” so we can sent you your invite.\nGet online 5-10 minutes before the start of the ride (Amsterdam Time) to get ready!\n[optional] Join us in our club house for a chat and to see who else is riding.\n\nAbout the ride\nOur Sunday Zwift rides will all follow the following principals. \n\nStart: 10.10 [AMS Time]\nCourse: changes every week (hilly or flat)\nRide time: 60 minutes\nPace: Up to you\nPolicy: no drop\, Zwift will keep us together\n\nDon’t forget\nAs we are riding indoor the circumstances are different so here is some quick advice. \n\nDrink enough because you will swet more than when you ride outside\nUse a fan to keep cool because there is no riding wind\nManage your pace for an even distributed wattage during the whole our\n\nSee you out there!
