There are four simple steps to get geared up for the Rides. \n1. Sign up\nRSVP for this event before 19.00 on Wednesday eventing\, so we can invite you. And to get your future badges! \n2. Join us on Zwift\nFind and follow Cycling Espresso in the Zwift compagnion app (iOS / Android) through “Find Zwifters” so we can sent you your invite for the ride. \n3. Add us on Trainingpeaks\n\nRegister on Trainingpeaks\, then add our partner TriathlonSportCoach as your coach on TP and finally connect TP to Zwift. \n4. Ride\nJoin the Cycling Espresso meetup (through invite only!) to do our Club Ride. Want to do the training too\, then add the TP workout to the Ride. Or just do the workout on your own on Wednesday at a time that suits you best. \n5. Join us on Zwift\nFind and follow Cycling Espresso in the Zwift compagnion app (iOS / Android) through “Find Zwifters” so we can sent you your invite for the ride. \n3. Add us on Trainingpeaks\n\nRegister on Trainingpeaks\, then add our partner TriathlonSportCoach as your coach on TP and finally connect TP to Zwift. \n4. Ride\nJoin the Cycling Espresso meetup (through invite only!) to do our Club Ride. Want to do the training too\, then add the TP workout to the Ride. Or just do the workout on your own on Wednesday at a time that suits you best. \n5. Club House [optional]\nFor a chat and video call you can join us during every Club Ride in our digital Club House. \nAbout the Club Rides\nOur Sunday Zwift rides will all follow the following principals. \n\nStart: 10.10 [AMS Time]\nCourse: changes every week (hilly or flat)\nRide time: 60 minutes\nPace: Up to you\nPolicy: no drop\, Zwift will keep us together\n\nAbout TriathlonSportCoach’s workouts\nAll Cycling Espresso workouts are offered to you by our partner TriathlonSportCoach.
